I visited your facility opposite Cider Mall and I appreciated the services offered. However, I didn’t like the fact that I had to make separate payments for every service consultation, lab, and pharmacy. Each transaction comes with a fee on my side, which makes it costly and inconvenient. I kindly suggest that you consider consolidating all charges so that a patient can make one single payment at the end of the visit. This would make the process smoother and more cost-friendly. Thank you.
